Gepdec is focused on Smart utility modernization. The Smart utility market is expected to grow a CRAG of 19% during the forecast period (2021-26). The adoption of smart utilities in smart cities and Smart grid is a major contribution to this drive. Gepdec is focusing on smart utility, modernizing the Grid, Asset Management Scada, R & M of Substation, digital sub-station command control center.

Some of the examples of Smart Utility projects that Gepdec have completed

  1. 79 nos of 33 KV indoor pvc panel in Bihar Sharif, Patna.
  2. 103 nos of 33kv GIS Bay in Patna which is the highest single order in this field in India, This order is executed by Gepdec.
  3. Renovation and Modernization of 11 Sub Stations in JUSUL and 5 Sub Stations in BSPTCL.
  4. Scada Implementation of Jhasidi and Dumka.
